About Tim
A Premier Tax Resolution Professional
Timothy J. Sample retired after an award-winning 34-year career with the Internal Revenue Service. Virtually all of that career was spent managing collection-related issues — as a Revenue Officer, Appeals Officer, Policy Analyst, Project Manager, and Executive Technical Advisor.
Most of his career was spent in the Independent Office of Appeals, where he developed the negotiation and case-resolution skills that led to an unusually high number of agreed outcomes with taxpayers.
Tim is a graduate of UCLA and has earned mediation credentials from UCLA Extension and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service.
